Community Outreach Program

Rick Roti led the initiatives to evaluate our region’s landcover change and tree canopy loss (see reports on our website) and has given over one hundred presentations on the value of trees and the ecosystem services they provide.  Rick also speaks about how to develop good tree ordinances, to preserve urban tree canopy, and organizes tree planting programs throughout our region.
